- Exercise general administration and supervision of the University Admission Office.
- Formulate policies and procedures for effective student admission and administer entrance examinations for new freshmen.
- Prepare and submit periodic accomplishment reports to the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
- Promote harmonious relationships with admission coordinators in other sites.

Documentary requirements
Qualified applicants must submit admission requirements to the University Admission Office. Complete and valid documents are required before endorsement for enrollment.
College freshmen
- Original copy of Senior High School report card (Form 138).
- Certificate of good moral character.
- Photocopy of PSA birth certificate.
- Two recent 2×2 ID pictures.
- Entrance examination result (if required for the program).
Transferees
- Honorable dismissal / transfer credentials.
- Certificate of grades from previous school.
- Certificate of good moral character.

Graduate & second degree
